• Pastors & Elders. The Pastor is appointed by the Elim movement through consultation with the Elders and Deacons of the Church. Elders are appointed by the existing Eldership and approved by the church. They exercise, under God, the spiritual leadership of the church.
  
  
• Deacons are appointed by the Elders in consultation with the Deaconate and with the approval of the church. They have the oversight of the practical matters of the church administration and maintenance.
  
  
• House Group leaders are appointed by the Elders and are responsible for the leadership and pastoral care of their group.
  
  
• Departmental Leaders. Appointed by the Elders, they are responsible for the leadership of various ministries; children's work, youth, music,outreach, catering, missionary, women's activities, etc.
